- International Shipping – International shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. - Lost or Damaged Packages – We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@justbcz.store and include clear photos of the damage. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. - Incorrect Shipping Information – Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Shipping Carrier Responsibility – All shipments are handled and delivered exclusively by USPS. Once an order has been transferred to USPS, responsibility for the delivery, handling, timing, and condition of the package lies with USPS. We are not liable for delays, errors, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process any return.
- Non-Returnable Items – The following items are not eligible for return: Gift cards, Personalized or custom-made products, Sale items (unless otherwise specified), Hygiene-related items (such as beauty or skincare products).
- Refunds – Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
